Brett is a relationship-driven and partner-oriented business leader who builds highly functional, client and employee-centric organizations with great cultures. He is passionate about building businesses, providing opportunities for team members, and assisting in the success of his clients through the delivery of Adopt Technologies Managed IT and Security services, established in 2004.

As the President of the Visory Team, he is driven by his unwavering commitment to building a strong, resilient, client- and employee-centric organization by creating meaningful, long-term relationships with team members, clients and partners.

Ryan has 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Visory, he was a partner and Chief Technology Officer for Adopt Technologies, a provider of IT solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses. He has also served as a systems engineer for organizations in the finance, advertising and hospitality industries. Ryan received his M.S. in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University, and is based in Seattle, Washington.

Ed is a technology leader, cybersecurity expert and entrepreneur with over 35-years of industry experience. Prior to joining Visory, he was the CEO of High Wire Overwatch, a leading national Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP). Ed was the inaugural Director of Boise State University’s Institute of Pervasive Cybersecurity. Prior to joining Boise State University, Ed established and was a Senior Vice President at Avertium, a leading national managed security and consulting provider. Before establishing Avertium, he was the co-Founder and CEO of Terra Verde. Prior to being acquired by growth equity in 2018, Terra Verde was one of the nation’s largest providers of cybersecurity advisory and managed security services, with over 2,000 active clients around the world.

Mark is a technology and cybersecurity industry veteran, author, serial entrepreneur and leadership consultant who has built multiple award-winning technology and consulting firms. Over the past 27 years, he has held executive leadership and advisory roles including CEO, CRO, CSO, CMO and board positions across cybersecurity, risk, technology and professional services organizations.

Most recently, Mark served as Chief Revenue Officer at High Wire Networks – Overwatch, an award-winning managed security services provider. Prior to that, he was CEO of MARS Suite, an innovative cyber and risk management platform company.

Mark is active on industry and corporate advisory boards and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He publishes research and leads executive workshops and panels focused on AI, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and corporate transformation.

Karen is responsible for building and sustaining strong client relationships, and is focused on enhancing Visory’s onboarding, technology integration and client advocacy efforts. She has more than 15 years of experience leading and managing client success teams for technology companies, including cloud and managed services providers. Karen is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and received her M.B.A. from Northwest Missouri State University.

David leads Visory’s daily financial operations, overseeing accounting, budgeting and financial reporting. With over 25 years of diverse experience in finance, accounting, and academia, his expertise spans technology, real estate, financial markets and higher education. He holds advanced degrees in Business Administration, International Real Estate, Accounting and Financial Management, and Economics, culminating in a Doctorate in Business Administration. Throughout his career, David has excelled in optimizing financial performance, fostering innovation, and implementing growth strategies. He is dedicated to strategic leadership, empowering finance teams to drive exceptional value and sustainable growth for long-term organizational success at Visory.

Steven helps advisors find technology solutions that enable them to work securely and successfully. He has more than 20 years of enterprise technology and cybersecurity expertise in the financial services industry.

Prior to Visory, Steven was the President of True North Networks, a nationally recognized managed service and private cloud hosting provider for independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) and other businesses. Before launching True North in 2002, he served as Vice President of two banks, managing relationships with Fannie Mae’s largest New England clients, and was the CFO of the largest real estate company in New Hampshire.

Steven is also passionate about serving others outside of the office and abroad, dedicating significant time and resources to helping communities and people in need in El Salvador and Ecuador. He is based in Swanzey, New Hampshire.
