This Visory Secure Office 365/Microsoft 365 Schedule is an addendum to the Customer’s Master Services Agreement with Visory. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this schedule and the terms of the Customer’s Master Services Agreement, the terms of this schedule shall prevail.
1. Service Description
Visory provides Office 365 (O365) and Microsoft 365 (M365) to customers, enabling them to access a range of productivity and collaboration tools, including email, calendar, contacts, tasks, and more. Visory’s services are based on the Microsoft CSP License Terms, ensuring compliance with Microsoft’s terms and conditions. Visory’s team of experts provides support and guidance to customers, helping them to get the most out of their O365 and M365 subscriptions.
2. Service Offers
Managed O365 As a managed service provider, Visory takes on the responsibility of administering the Customer’s Microsoft tenant, users and licenses. This includes managing user accounts, assigning and managing licenses, and configuring services and settings to meet the Customer’s needs. Visory’s team of experts works closely with the Customer to ensure that their Microsoft environment is optimized for their business requirements, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them get the most out of their Microsoft subscriptions. This service is only available for Visory Secure Support customers.
Monthly or Annual Licensing Options Visory offers flexible licensing options for O365 and M365, with the choice of monthly or annual terms. Customers can choose the option that best suits their needs and budget. With monthly licensing, customers have the flexibility to add or remove licenses as their needs change, while annual licensing provides cost savings for customers who can commit to a longer term. Annual licensing terms do not allow for the removal of licenses if staffing numbers decrease until the annual renewal period. Both options are based on Microsoft’s licensing terms, ensuring compliance with Microsoft’s requirements.
3. Rates and Fees
Rates and Fees will be specified in the Customer’s order.
The Monthly Fee Per User is billed in advance and Customer agrees to pay at the beginning of each calendar month for Service that month. If committing to an annual term for O365 or M365 licensing, Customer must buy out the remainder of the Microsoft licensing term to Visory as the Microsoft Partner of Record before the tenant shall be released from Visory’s management.
