Bob believes that client service excellence and a commitment to innovation are at the heart of every successful organization. As Visory’s Chief Executive Officer, Bob is ensuring that the company’s people are focused on delivering powerful and innovative enterprise-level technology and cybersecurity solutions and support to organizations of any size.

Bob joined Visory’s predecessor, Swizznet, as President in 2019, and is leading the combination of Swizznet, RightSize and True North Networks into one integrated, client-centric technology and cybersecurity solutions company. A senior executive in the cloud space, he has navigated clients through the evolution from outsourced services to private, public and hybrid cloud solutions. Bob previously served as Senior Vice President for InterVision and Senior Vice President, North America for Savvis, which was a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in hosting, colocation and private cloud solutions. He is based in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Brett is a relationship-driven and partner-oriented business leader who builds highly functional, client and employee-centric organizations with great cultures. He is passionate about building businesses, providing opportunities for team members, and assisting in the success of his clients through the delivery of Adopt Technologies Managed IT and Security services, established in 2004.

As the President of the Visory Team, he is driven by his unwavering commitment to building a strong, resilient, client- and employee-centric organization by creating meaningful, long-term relationships with team members, clients, and partners.

Steven helps advisors find technology solutions that enable them to work securely and successfully. He has more than 20 years of enterprise technology and cybersecurity expertise in the financial services industry.

Prior to Visory, Steven was the President of True North Networks, a nationally recognized managed service and private cloud hosting provider for independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) and other businesses. Before launching True North in 2002, he served as Vice President of two banks, managing relationships with Fannie Mae’s largest New England clients, and was the CFO of the largest real estate company in New Hampshire.

Steven is also passionate about serving others outside of the office and abroad, dedicating significant time and resources to helping communities and people in need in El Salvador and Ecuador. He is based in Swanzey, New Hampshire.

Ryan has 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Visory, he was a partner and Chief Technology Officer for Adopt Technologies, a provider of IT solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses. He has also served as a systems engineer for organizations in the finance, advertising and hospitality industries. Ryan received his M.S. in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University, and is based in Seattle, Washington.

Jamie oversees the day-to-day financial operations of Visory, which includes managing the accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for both companies. Prior to joining the company in 2019, Jamie held senior management roles in finance and accounting at Consolo Services Group and LGC. She is based in Lexington, Kentucky, and has her Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University’s Gordon Ford College of Business.

Mandy is the chief architect of Visory’s sales and marketing strategy, managing the company’s growing sales team and overseeing its marketing efforts. A seasoned information technology executive, Mandy joined the company in 2020 as vice president of channel sales following positions at InterVision Systems, AOS and WAN Technologies. She is based in Chesterfield, Missouri, and is a graduate of Quincy University.

With over a decade of experience in software development, Frank Picarello is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Frank excels in strategic thinking and problem-solving, consistently delivering high-quality products that exceed client expectations. A natural leader and mentor, Frank fosters a collaborative work culture and drives innovation within cross-functional teams. Passionate about staying abreast of technological advancements, he is dedicated to giving back to the community through volunteering with STEM education organizations.

Lori has more than 20 years of experience in client management, and today oversees Visory’s operations and customer service teams. Most recently, she served as Chief Operations Officer for True North Networks, where she streamlined operations and implemented a robust customer service culture, instilling a fiduciary-focused mindset across the entire company. Lori is based in Visory’s Swanzey, New Hampshire office.

Karen is responsible for building and sustaining strong client relationships, and is focused on enhancing Visory’s onboarding, technology integration and client advocacy efforts. She has more than 15 years of experience leading and managing client success teams for technology companies, including cloud and managed services providers. Karen is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and received her M.B.A. from Northwest Missouri State University.
